Fork Service - KYB & Showa - $180.00 (plus parts)

A complete fork rebuild is necessary when your forks are leaking or have a considerable amount of riding time on them. The oil inside will break down just like the oil in your engine. This causes seals and bushings to break down faster, fading performance and ride quality. During a fork rebuild, all parts are removed, cleaned, polished, and all necessary wear parts are replaced. We polish the chrome tubes to remove any scoring, replace all oil, and reassemble your forks to the specifications needed for your weight and riding style.

Fork Revalve - $300 (plus parts)

Re-valving is not just for professionals. Revalving is great for any rider at any skill level. Street bike suspension hasn't drastically changed over the years, but we have found that there are specific things we can do to each bike to give them the best ride possible. Depending on if your bike is a cartridge or has a damping rod system, will tell us what is necessary for your bike upgrade. From the factory, every bike is setup at a standard setting that is supposed to work for millions of riders. However, every rider is different and what you need in your suspension will be different than the next rider. By re-valving or upgrading your suspension, we can fine tune it to your weight, riding style, and ability. This will give you more confidence as a rider, in the feel of the bike, and it will improve the overall ride quality and handling.

Fork Lowering - $180 plus parts

Many riders inquire about suspension lowering and how much a bike can be lowered. This varies depending on the bike, but if you need your bike lowered, we will do our best to set up the bike for what you need while not sacrificing safety or ride quality. If we are already rebuilding or re-valving your suspension, we only charge an additional $50 to lower your forks.

Shock Service - $80 plus parts

Our shock service is a basic maintenance of a rear shock. We completely disassemble the shock, clean the internals, replace the oil and the nitrogen. The parts are inspected to ensure that they are still within the manufacturer specifications.

Shock Rebuild - $160

Our shock rebuild is a complete overhaul of your stock shock. After disassembly and cleaning of all the internals, we rebuild the seal head with all new components, and replace all of the wear parts to bring the shock back to manufacturer specifications. Finishing it off with new nitrogen and oil will bring your shock back to life. We service Ohlins, Showa, KYB, Penske, and Sachs rear shocks.

Shock Lowering - $180 plus parts

If we lower your forks, we must lower your shocks as well. There are a few ways to do this from lowering links, to adjustable transformer pull rods, to lowering the shock internally. Depending on your bike, we will recommend the best way to lower your suspension. Give us a call and we can help you determine how to setup your bike.

Ohlins or Penske Shock Service Rebuild - $100.00 (per shock) (plus parts)

We service and rebuild Ohlins and Penske shocks.  This service includes labour, seal head and oil.

Street Bike Sag Setup - $75.00

Setting your sag is the simplest, most overlooked adjustment that you can make to drastically improve the handling of your bike. It’s also the most important step in setting up your suspension.
