Complete Revalve (Showa & KYB) $625.00 (parts included) / (WP) $650.00 (parts included)

Revalving is not just for professionals. Revalving is great for any rider at any skill level. Suspension on bikes is ever-changing. From spring rate, to air forks, multi-chamber, valving, pistons, the list is endless. Manufacturers are always looking for the next best technology to use in their bikes. What they don't tell you is that every bike is set up at a standard setting that is supposed to work for millions of riders. However, every rider is different and what you need in your suspension will be different than the next rider. By re-valving your suspension, we can fine tune it to your riding style, and ability. This will give you more confidence as a rider, in the feel of the bike, and it will improve the overall ride quality and handling. We spend countless hours each season, testing with some of the best riders in the country to ensure that you get the best feel in your suspension.

**If Springs are required to accommodate rider weight & ability, $125.00 - $179.99**

Fork Service (WP/KYB/Showa) - $125.00 (plus parts)

A complete fork service is necessary when your forks are leaking or have a considerable amount of riding time. The oil inside works just like the oil in your engine, as it heats up, it breaks down. This causes seals and bushings to break down faster, fading performance and ride quality. During a fork rebuild, all parts are removed, cleaned, polished, and all necessary wear parts are replaced. We polish the chrome tubes to remove any scoring, replace all oil, and reassemble your forks to the specifications needed for your weight and riding style.

Fork Revalve - $250.00 (plus parts) - WP/KYB/Showa

**Springs extra**

Shock Service - $80.00 (plus parts)

Our shock service is a basic maintenance of a rear shock. We completely disassemble the shock, clean the internals, replace the oil and the nitrogen. The parts are inspected to ensure that they are still within the manufacturer specifications.

Shock Rebuild - $160.00 (parts included)

Give your shock the love it deserves with a full shock rebuild which includes new oil, seals & bushing.

Shock Revalve - $200.00 (plus parts)

Similar to a fork revalve, a shock revalve will give you a custom ride for your weight and ability. Using our knowledge and experience, we bring your suspension to the next level. In the famous words of Paul Thede, "The best you know is the best you've ridden". If you've only ridden stock suspension, you'll like it just fine. Once you have your suspension set up just for you, you'll never want to ride it any other way. Stop fighting with your bike, ride it with confidence and control. Revalving your suspension will do just that.

**If shock needs to be rebuilt, then prices will be adjusted accordingly to accommodate parts.**

Suspension Lowering - $180/per end (plus parts)

We get asked by many customers how much we can lower their bikes. The answer to that question really depends on your bike. For the forks, we lower the suspension internally or if there's room, we may raise them in the triples. For the shock, there are a few ways to do this from lowering links to adjustable transformer pull rods to lowering the shock internally. Depending on your bike we will recommend the best way to lower your suspension to ensure that you maintain ride quality and don't sacrifice safety. While shortening your suspension, additional parts may include seals, bushings, oil, or springs.  Give us a call and we can help you determine how we can set up your bike.

Maintenance and Engine Repair - $90/hr labour

Oil change, brake pads, carb clean, complete engine rebuild, we can do it all! Bring us a bike in a box, we will put it back together for you. No matter what you need, we will get your bike done in a timely manner so you don't miss out on any riding time. Call us at 604-850-1072 for an estimate.

Dirt Bike Sag Setup - $25.00

Setting your sag is the simplest, most overlooked adjustment that you can make to drastically improve the handling of your bike. It’s also the most important step in setting up your suspension.
